Your data
What a requestholds
Your machines, spares, bins, counts, stock and the names of who counted stay on the phone. They are not sent anywhere.

A request carries its lines (designation, decoded details, quantity, equivalents, machine tags), the need-by date and the contact, company and note you add. Names of people are personal data (Ley 1581 de 2012): add a contact only when you want IMCI to call that person.
A request is a request for quotation, not an order and not an IMCI offer (Código de Comercio arts. 845–846): IMCI answers with its own quotation.
