What the app is

A tool to keep your own shelf of critical spares (machines, spares, counts and reorder points) and to send IMCI Componentes Industriales a request for quotation.

Not an order

A request is a request for quotation, not a purchase order and not an offer from IMCI INGENIERIA MANTENIMIENTO Y COMPONENTES INDUSTRIALES S.A.S. (Código de Comercio arts. 845–846). IMCI answers with its own quotation. The app and this site show no prices.

Your estimates

Lead times, use per year, classes and reorder points are your own estimates. IMCI confirms its delivery times in its quotation.

Decoded designations

Designations are read with generic ISO and ANSI rules, for discussion. They are not an engineering specification or design (Ley 842 de 2003), and nothing here says a part or motor complies with the RETIE.

No brands or stock

Neither the app nor this site says IMCI stocks or distributes any family, maker or brand. The maker you type in the app is for your own records.

The tools on this site

The decoder, the reorder calculator and the replacement check work in your browser on what you type and keep nothing when you leave the page.

Your data

Your shelf stays on your phone. A request carries only what the privacy policy describes (Ley 1581 de 2012).
