Machines and classes

Add each machine by your own asset tag and area, and rate how much production it stops and how often its parts fail. The class (A, B or C) passes to the spares fitted on it.

The shelf

Each spare shows its stock in large light figures, the class, the bin and a level bar with the reorder mark. Its own page has the kit's round dial, with Count, Received, Used and Basket in a row of round buttons.

Counts

A count walk goes bin by bin with the last count and the difference. Class A is due every 30 days, B every 90 and C every 180; the name of who counted stays on the phone.

The basket and the request

The basket pill floats over the lists. It holds the spares at or below their point with a suggested quantity, a need-by date in business days, equivalents line by line, and a preview of the exact request.
